HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 2009 is here and we are already working on New Music, New Videos and our DEBUT ALBUM OBAMANATION! (hopefully the cd will be ready by April 2009) We will keep you informed right here with any updates.

www.genecoppage.com had a web pages makeover recently with additions like an events calendar which you'll find by clicking SHOWS. Here we'll let you know where we are playing and when. Then we added a PICS gallery, a VIDEO LESSONS section with videos ranging from beginner to advanced levels, a TABS page with some original Pieces and licks to impress! A MERCHANDISE area where you will find the new released CD'S, original artwork by Gene Coppage III and other cool items. Last but not least we have added a CLASSIFIEDS section for Bands seeking members or a musician looking for a Band, even used instruments for sale, or you can post in the classifieds if you are looking for something specific!

Gene the 3rd demonstrates one of the most basic functions of the Boss Loop Station and that is , recording a rhythm in the pedals memory. Then he improvs over the progression he recorded. He starts off playing a Greg Howe tune called Direct Injection, then Hey Joe by Hendrix and lastly he improvs over an original composition. Gene will post a (how to) video showing the actual recording process for those of you that are more into learning about the Boss pedal.
